               The production of HDPE geomembrane is now basically a geomembrane blowing process, which uses high-density polyethylene as the main raw material, together with special plastic additives, color masterbatch, anti-aging agent and other auxiliary materials, and is made by feeding, melting and plasticizing, extrusion blow molding, traction, winding and other processes. The specific production process is as follows:

.High density polyethylene raw materials, special plastic additives, color masterbatch, anti-aging agent, etc., are mixed and stirred with an electric plastic mixer;
.Polyethylene raw materials are added to the plastic extruder hopper, and through the conveying, compression, and metering functions of the rotating screw of the extruder, the material is melted and plasticized, and the molten tube blank is extruded from a circular die;
.Polyethylene raw materials enter the screw barrel of the plastic extruder, are heated, plasticized,melted, and extruded into a film bubble, which is blown and expanded outside the machine head mold;
.After melting and sealing the outlet end of this tube blank, compressed air is blown into the vent hole in the center of the mold. The tube blank gradually expands under the action of compressed air, and at the same time, the outer part of the tube blank is forced to cool. At this time, force is applied to one end of the tube blank melting and sealing to make it move forward at a uniformn speed, and a continuous cylindrical geomembrane can be obtained at this time;
.Cut open the double-layer folded geomembrane from the middle and enter the membrane spreading frame for single-sided unfolding;
.The traction roller is equipped with an automatic meter recording device for automatic meter recording and rewinding of the product;
.During the production process, three samples are generally taken from each piece for random inspection, and they are stored after passing the inspection.
