Introduction

Short fiber PP non-woven geotextile is a commonly used geotextile in fields such as civil engineering, road construction, and agricultural protection. It is made of polypropylene short fibers through non-woven fabric technology, and has excellent characteristics such as anti-seepage, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance. Applications

Raw material preparation: Prepare high-quality polypropylene fibers, which are processed into short fibers through drawing and other processing techniques, and equipped with other auxiliary raw materials such as reinforcing agents and stabilizers.

Mixing: Mix short fiber with auxiliary raw materials, and ensure uniform mixing through stirring and mixing machinery.

Double layer production: The mixed fibers are fed into a molding machine, which is then compressed and pulled by multiple rollers to form a fiber layer and achieve the required thickness and density.

Working Drawing

Heating and melting: The laminated fiber layer is heated by hot air or hot rollers to partially melt and form a strong fiber structure of polypropylene short fibers at high temperatures.

Cooling solidification: After heating and melting, the geotextile is rapidly cooled through a cooling device to solidify and maintain its ecological state.

Inspection and trimming: Inspect the produced short fiber PP non-woven geotextile, including checking its physical properties, appearance quality, and other indicators. Qualified products are repaired to maintain consistency in size and appearance.

Packaging and storage: Pack and label short PP non-woven geotextiles that meet quality requirements, and finally store and transport them.
