Introduction

Usually, non woven geotextile refers to needle punched non-woven geotextile made from Polyester or polypropylene brief curing fiber with the diameter of 6D to 12D and size of 54-64mm.
The producing procedure is to opening, carding and cluttering the brief fibers to make them pass with every other, and then lapping to let the fibers normalize entangling, and at final needle punched with excessive speed. It is an wonderful and least expensive answer of separation, filtration, drainage, safety and reinforcement features for engineering projects.

Applications

For Filtration:When water passes from a fine-grained to a coarse grained layer, Non woven Geotextile can preserve pleasant particles well. For an example, when water flows from a sandy soil into a Geotextile wrapped gravel drain.
For Separation:It can separate two layers of soil with special bodily properties. For an eample, the separation of avenue gravel from smooth sub-base materials.
For Drainage:It can drain liquid or gasoline from the airplane of the fabric, which leads to draining or venting of the soil. For an example, the fuel vent layer in a landfill cap.
For Reinforcement:It can enhance the load bearing potential of a unique soil structure. For an example, the reinforcement of a holding wall.
