Introduction

Filament woven geotextiles are woven from industrial polyester filament (PET) filament with high strength, high molecular weight, low elongation and low creep performance. High toughness woven geotextiles are made of high performance

PET monofilament, flat silk, split film silk or different types of warp and weft combination. This series of products make full use of the characteristics of synthetic fiber to meet the functional requirements of various geotechnical engineering such as filtration, isolation, reinforcement and protection.

Features

1.High strength, low deformation.
2.Durability: steady property, not easy to resolved, air slaked and can keep the original property long term.
3.Anti-erosion: anti-acid, anti-alkali, resists insects and mould.
4.Permeability: could control the sieve size to retain certain permeability.

Application

1. Filament woven geotextile as the reinforcement in the backfilling of the retaining wall, or used for anchoring the retaining wall panel. Build enveloping retaining walls or abutments.
2. Strengthen the flexible road surface, repair the cracks on the road, prevent road reflection cracks.
3. Increase the stability of gravel slope and reinforced soil, prevent soil erosion and low temperature soil freezing damage.
4. Isolation layer between ballast and roadbed, or isolation layer between roadbed and soft foundation.
5. Artificial fill, rockfill or material field and the isolation layer of the foundation, isolation between different frozen soil layers, filtration and reinforcement.
6. Ash storage dam or tailings dam early upstream dam surface filter layer, filament woven geotextile retaining wall backfill soil in the drainage system filter layer.
